# Can ServiceM8 generate PDF job completion reports for customers?

Yes. ServiceM8 can generate PDF job-completion documents using **Forms**.

When a Form is completed, ServiceM8 converts it to a PDF and saves it to the Job Diary. You can then email it to the customer or keep it as part of the job record.
