# If I remove a credit card payment from an invoice in ServiceM8, will that refund the money?

No - removing a payment from a job/invoice in ServiceM8 only removes the record of the payment. If you need to refund a card payment processed through ServiceM8 & Stripe, you will need to log into your Stripe account and action it there.
