# How do I fix the "reached the limit of invoices you can approve" error?

As the act of Approving a job's invoice from ServiceM8 to Xero creates an invoice in Xero, this workflow can be blocked if you have reached the limit of invoices you can create under your Xero plan. To resolve this issue, review your Xero subscription plan.
