# Can ServiceM8 customise forms to match business workflows?

Yes. ServiceM8 Forms are highly customisable.

You can create or import a Microsoft Word template, add your own questions and field types, require photos or signatures, use conditions to skip questions, and produce a branded PDF output that matches your workflow.

If you do not want to build from scratch, you can start with a Form from the **Form Store** and then edit it to suit your business.
