# Why can I see add-ons in my account that I can't see on my customer's accounts?

> Understand why can I see add-ons in your account that I can't see on your customer's accounts in ServiceM8.

There are some features that are only available to partners for one of two reasons:

* It is a new feature which we are giving partners early access to.
* It is a feature that we don't deem simple enough for all customers to use and they need to access it through a partner or Helpdesk.
