# How to find a Job Checkout Report

> Learn how to find a Job Checkout Report in ServiceM8.

Finalising invoices or reviewing job history can feel like guesswork sometimes — it can be hard to piece together what happened on site.

The Job Checkout Report gives you the full story. Click any recorded time in the Diary to see a detailed breakdown of what the technician did while they were Checked In to the job, including:

* GPS activity, with arrival and departure timestamps
* Notes saved during the visit
* Items/Services added
* Photos & Videos captured
* Tasks completed
* Forms completed
* Assets serviced

## How to open a Checkout Report (Online Dashboard)

1\. To see the Checkout Report for a recorded visit on a job in the Online Dashboard, open the relevant job card, go to the Billing tab, click Job Time, then click the Report icon in far-right column of a recorded time entry.

2\. This will open the Checkout Report for this visit, with a detailed breakdown of what occurred while the staff member was Checked In, including GPS arrival and departure timestamps you can cross-reference.

## How to open a Checkout Report (iOS App)

1\. To see the Checkout Report for a recorded visit on a job in the iOS app, find the recorded time in the job's Diary, and tap it to open the Checkout Report.
