# How to access voicemail with ServiceM8 Phone

> Learn how to access voicemail with ServiceM8 Phone in ServiceM8.

You can access and action voicemails in both the ServiceM8 Phone app, and the Inbox of the Online Dashboard:

* **App:** in the Recent tab, voicemails will be visible in red — 'Missed call with voicemail'. Tap the 'i' icon to open the Call Details view and listen to the recording or view its transcription.
* **Online:** voicemails arrive in your ServiceM8 Inbox, where you can listen to the recording or view its transcription, then action.
