# I turned on the badge but no reminder was sent, what is wrong?

## Have you set the reminder to send inside preferences?

## Did you turn on the badge or schedule the job within the reminder time-frame?

If the bookings is scheduled within the reminder time-frame an SMS or email will not be sent. If the badge is turned on within the reminder time-frame an SMS or email will not be sent.
