[](/images/006-812-425-25b727c2-f5bd-4d57-a559-f972ae601e29.png) Access to job costing data is controlled by the security role setting "Can see items/services cost and profit". Only **Business Owners** and **Finance Staff** have access to cost and profit data by default. If you have custom security roles set up, you can configure each custom security role to show or hide costing and profit data according to your preference.
