# How do I see my ServiceM8 schedule in my iPhone/iPad Calendar?
> Find out how to see your ServiceM8 schedule in your iPhone/iPad Calendar in ServiceM8.
## To activate the External Calendars Add-on, go to Settings
## Click ServiceM8 Add-ons
## Click the switch button to activate
## Click Yes to confirm
## Click Settings to get your external calendar link (URL)

Each staff member has their own calendar url, you will need to repeat the process for each staff member's schedule you wish to see in your calendar.
**Note:** Select and copy the entire URL for the relevant staff member. You will need this URL on your iPhone/iPad - so you will need to do this either on the device itself, or if you are setting up a staff members device, email/SMS them the URL so they will receive it on the required device.
## On your iPhone/iPad
1. Go to your Apple iPhone Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap the Calendar.
3. Tap Accounts.
4. Tap Add Account
5. Tap Other
6. Tap Add Subscribed Calendar
7. Tap in the server field to bring up the option to Paste or input the complete URL.
8. Tap Next. Save the changes once done.
