# How to view Stock Levels in the App & Online

> Learn how to view Stock Levels in the App & Online in ServiceM8.

In the app and online, ServiceM8 now provides visibility of stock levels which are synced and tracked in Xero, MYOB or Quickbooks Online.

Stock levels in the accounting package will be updated when Invoices which have used tracked items are approved and synced between ServiceM8 and the accounting package.

Here's the quick steps on how you can view Stock Levels in the ServiceM8 App and Online Dispatch board.

## Open a job, tap Billing

## Tap Add Item/Service

## Search and select an item, and view its stock level under 'Quantity'

## From the Dispatch Board online

Add/Open a job and click **Quotes & Invoicing** tab

Click **Add** **Material/Service**, you can view Stock Levels when searching for materials under Item Code field

Or by clicking the Material's **Qty** field
