# How to change your email signature
> Learn how to change your email signature in ServiceM8.
Learn how to setup your company wide email signature in ServiceM8.
## Go to Settings
## Click Preferences
## Click Email Settings
## Set company your email signature here, this will be used for all emails sent from within ServiceM8.

The email signature is applied to all staff members. So rather than entering your name and job title as you would in Outlook, use the following fields:
\{staff.first} Staff's First Name\
\{staff.last} Staff's Last Name\
\{staff.job\_title} Staff's Job Title\
\{company\_logo} Your Company Logo
## Hit Save once done
