It's possible to transfer a caller to another team member using ServiceM8 Phone. Calls can be transferred between team members with ServiceM8 Phone, with iPhone, iPad, or online.
Transferring calls works on a "warm transfer" basis i.e. when you transfer a call to someone else, you need to wait for them to pick up before you can transfer the call through to them i.e. the client will be placed on hold while you attempt to transfer them to another team member, so you can inform the team member who's on the line, then put them through.
Transferring calls in the ServiceM8 Phone app
To transfer a call in the ServiceM8 Phone app, tap Transfer in the active call view, then select the team member you want to transfer the call to. This will place the caller on hold while you dial the team member you're attempting to transfer them to.
After you've spoken with the team member, tap the green Transfer button to put the caller through to them:
