How to add, invite or create a new account for a client using your ServiceM8 Partner Program.

Once you’re already part of the ServiceM8 Partner Program, in order to maintain your Partner Status, a Partner should sign up at least one new client to ServiceM8 every 6 months (180 days).

Here's how:

To add or invite an existing client to your partner account:

From your Online Dashboard, click the  Partner Program icon

Note: You can also click the phone icon at the top of your screen as another option to access the following:

  • Partner Program page
  • My Clients page

In the Partner Program page, click ServiceM8 Clients

Click Invite Client

From the Client Invite Wizard, click Next

Enter the client's email address that's associated with ServiceM8 and click Next

The system will  check if the client is eligible for commission or not.  

If the client is eligible, you'll have to select the commission type to use, then click Next

Click Finish to complete the process.

Note: They will need to review and approve the partner invite by logging into their account on the Online Dashboard and go to Home tab. Once approved, you will also be notified that they have authorized your request.

To create a new account for a client using your ServiceM8 Partner Program:

Another way of adding or inviting a new customer to be part of ServiceM8 is to create a new account and set it up on client’s behalf.

Follow the same process on how to add or invite an existing ServiceM8 client using the Invite Client Wizard above.

In the Choose Client option, enter the client's email address that you wish to connect or invite to your ServiceM8 Partner account.

Tick Create Account on behalf of Client as connection type and click Next

Select commission type and click Next

Select the option on how to create your connection with your client depending on your agreement with them.

Click Finish to complete the process.

The system will be in progress to create an account for your client and may take up to 15 minutes.

Once you've completed your setup of the account, create a password for the Business Owner in the Staff area of the account so that your client can log in.

After the account is created, you can log in through the My Clients area of your Partner account.

In Partner Support Clients page, click Switch to Account.

That's it! You can now access your client within ServiceM8 Partner Program!
