How to use Knowledge tagging

In this tutorial will show you how to use tags to identify quote & invoicing material or specific customer. This enables you to make a Knowledge content be available in the job, thus it saves your time searching the Knowledge database and ensures your staff will not miss it.

 

In the Knowledge Articles page, select an article you want to add tag then click Edit

Enter the name of the Material or Client name in the Tags textbox and click Save Changes

With Knowledge tagging, it must be an exact match of the item name/number or client name. Use a comma if you would like to tag another material or client.

Once successful you will see tags in bold text

Now, open the job where you tagged in a client or material and the Knowledge article will be available there!
