Track staff leave/ holidays / etc.


The best approach to staff leave / holidays etc, is to create a job called "Holidays", and then to schedule that job to staff when on leave. Jobs can be schedule any number of times, so each time you need to book holidays, use the job search at the top right of the screen and search for holidays, and then re-use the same job over and over as required.

Tip: The great thing about this is that it gives you a diary of who/when holidays were taken, and you can also add any additional holiday notes into the job regarding approved leave, etc.
