This will give you an export of all jobs, clients or materials in MS Excel file and you should be able to filter data to display as you required. You can activate this Advanced Reporting Pack under the ServiceM8 Add-ons and it's free.
The Advanced Reporting Pack is consist of:
1. Job Export Report
2. Client Mailing List
3. Material Export Items
By default, it's only accessible with Business Owner Role or you can create your own custom role that will allow this feature.
Here's how you can activate them:
Go to Settings
Click ServiceM8 Add-ons
From the ServiceM8 Add-ons page, search the Advanced Reporting Pack add-on
Once activated, you can export the following two reports:
- Client List
- Job List
How to export Bulk Materials List
Go to Settings > Materials and click on ‘Export Items’ button.
Click the Material/Service Items Excel File to download.
How to Export Client List
Go to Reports Tab, under Export select ‘Client List’, then click on ‘Download Mailing List’
The file will download to your desktop ready to save and update.
To Import your updated list, go to Clients tab and click Bulk Import and follow the import wizard.
