The following items in the settings menu allow you to customize and get more out of ServiceM8

    • Job Category - If you have specific categories for your jobs organise them here
    • Email and SMS templates - customize templates so you only enter common emails or SMS’s once.
    • Job Queues - add new queues or customize the default queues.
    • ServiceM8 Addons:
      • Mail Chimp - MailChimp helps you design email newsletters, share them on social networks, and track your results
      • Badges - Badges assist in passing critical job information from the office to staff in the field.
      • Forms - Get staff or customers to complete simple forms as part of the job.
      • Email Inbox - Get your own ServiceM8 email address. Forward email's directly to your dispatch board so they can be converted to jobs.
      • Job Allocations - A new way to schedule jobs without a specific booking date/time. Simply drop jobs onto staff as urgent / morning / afternoon / anytime.
      • Job Templates - Create job templates which can be used to easily book new jobs with pre-filled information, items/services and more.
      • External Calendars -  View your ServiceM8 schedule in Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, and on your Mac or iPhone.
