ServiceM8 welcomes and appreciates your feedback and ideas for features and improvements. We're committed to continuous innovation and improvement for our customers, and we have a long track record to prove it, with many enhancements to ServiceM8 originating from user feedback. You can check out all 10+ years of ServiceM8 updates and improvements here.
If you'd like to submit some feedback for a feature, change or improvement, please send it through to us at support@servicem8.com . Please keep it constructive, and be sure to focus on describing the underlying challenge or problem you want to solve, or the opportunity you want to unlock.
However, please keep in mind that we receive thousands of items of feedback and requests for new features and improvements. If we implemented even a fraction of these singular requests, ServiceM8 would become overwhelmingly bloated and complex. There is always going to be more feedback and ideas than it’s possible for us to implement (even if many of them are great ideas).
In light of the above, when you submit feedback or suggestions, we may ask clarifying questions to ensure we understand, but we generally won’t comment on if/when we might release it as a new feature or improvement, as we've found it’s not as helpful as it might seem. It’s always best to base your decision-making on the current functionality of ServiceM8, and remember that there will always be a certain amount of compromise with an “off the shelf” solution — it's just about finding the solution that is the best fit for you and your business.
But please be assured, we value and appreciate your feedback, and all product feedback is read, analysed and categorised by our team, to help shape future releases of new ServiceM8 features and improvements, and help small businesses succeed.
