Error when Starting the ServiceM8 MYOB Connector with AVG Anti Virus

If your ServiceM8 MYOB Connector is no longer opening with AVG with this error "Application cannot be started".

ServiceM8 may have been added to the Virus Vault. To remove it to get your MYOB Connector running again. Follow these steps.  
  • Right Click on the AVG Icon (avg.png) in your Task bar
  • Click on Open AVG User Interface

  • Click Options -> Virus Vault

  • Restore ServiceM8 File from vault. 
  • Restart the ServiceM8 MYOB Connector by finding it in the Start Menu -> ServiceM8 -> ServiceM8 MYOB Connector
