How to manage client details


Clients can be added into ServiceM8 a number of ways. They can be:

  • Automatically imported when you connect your ServiceM8 account with a supported accounting package.
  • Automatically created when their details are entered into ServiceM8 for the first time as part of entering a new job.
  • Manually added in the 'Clients' areas of the Online Dashboard (Clients tab) or App (tap 'More', then 'Clients). 
  • Imported in bulk in .CSV format: In your Online Dashboard, go to the Clients tab, click Bulk Import then follow the bulk import wizard.
