Choosing Invoice and Quote templates

This article will show you how to select quote (estimate) & invoice templates, and how to set banking details to appear on your templates.

This area allows you to select, edit and create new templates

Note that you can have more than one active template for your quotes and invoices e.g. you could have one invoice template which itemises labour & materials, and another template which pulls everything up into a single price and work description. The template used can be selected at the time you produce the document.

If your logo doesn't appear, ensure it has been uploaded correctly in Settings > Preferences > Company Information.

Click Use this template to activate a template

Make sure you click Save Template Settings once you have filled in the fields.
