How to deploy account settings to your franchisee accounts

NOTE: ServiceM8's Franchise Management module is being deactivated in 2022, and new franchisor accounts cannot be created. If you're looking for a job management solution for your franchisees, please review the core ServiceM8 product against your requirements.

In this lesson you will learn how you can apply settings from your main office into your franchise accounts. It could be a logo of your company, standard email/SMS template, marketing materials and more!

Here is the list of available settings that can be deployed to your Franchisees

Job Categories
Premium SMS
Email Inbox
SMS Templates
Document Templates
Job Queues
Email Signature
Marketing Sources
Materials
Company Logo
Job Templates
Email Templates

You can configure it by going to Settings > Preferences, select Franchise

Here you can specify which settings that you would like to share with your franchise accounts and it will be applied into your sub-accounts.

1. Click Franchise from the left panel

2. Tick Settings you wish to share

3. And click Save to apply the changes

Then go back to Settings tab, and click Franchises

Click Deploy Settings

Review the settings to be deployed, click Next

Click Finish and you're done!

Shared settings cannot be modified from your sub-accounts.
